Nişantaşı University Faculty of Health Sciences was established in 2020 as the School of Health Sciences and has been operating as the Faculty of Health Sciences since 25.07.2022. Students have been admitted to the Departments of Nutrition and Dietetics and Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation since the 2020–2021 academic year, and to the Departments of Speech and Language Therapy and Nursing since the 2021–2022 academic year, making a total of four departments.
The aim of the Faculty of Health Sciences is to educate individuals who act with a sense of social responsibility, uphold the core values of our University, follow current developments, make the best use of the academic and technical opportunities required by modern science, are self-confident, and inspire confidence in those they serve.
At our NeoTech Campus, which is Europe’s largest single-roof campus with an indoor area of 106,000 m2, there are 34 health laboratories equipped with the latest technological equipment, whr students of the Faculty of Health Sciences can receive practical training for both basic discipline courses and professional specialisation courses. Through these opportunities, our aim is to educate students who develop projects, conduct research and development activities, and acquire strong professional competence through their work.
Through our curricula, prepared in line with national and international practices in the field of Health Sciences, we aim to enhance our students’ knowledge and skills and educate healthcare professionals who have a strong command of scientific knowledge and principles, are responsible, possess strong communication skills, are innovative, and are committed to humanitarian and ethical values.
